This commercial property is being converted into serviced offices. Although the original intention was to do an office to residential conversion, on a closer look at the local market it made more sense to keep this building as an office.
St Albans has lost nearly 300,000 sq ft of office space to residential conversions and now there is a shortage of premium office space in the centre of town.
