Terms & Conditions

'Commercial Property Mastermind', 'Commercial Mastermind' and 'Baker Street Property Meet' are brand names of Succeed In Property Ltd.

 

1. Disclaimer and waiver of claims

a) Investing in property is a speculative method of investment and so you could lose money. The material taught by Succeed In Property Ltd is educational in nature. The intent of the 12-month Commercial Mastermind Programme is to educate participants about commercial property investment and related areas.

b) The information in hand-outs and presentations during the mastermind is for educational purposes. No recommendations of particular investments of any kind are made. If particular properties are mentioned, they are only cited for educational and illustrative purposes.

c) By agreeing to these terms and conditions before attending the mastermind you have released Succeed In Property Ltd and all those working with them for any and all liability resulting from your actions based on the mastermind material. All mastermind content examples and information are not to be construed as any recommendation, solicitation, prediction or advice for your actions in and dealing with property investments, as this seminar is strictly educational. You cannot hold Succeed In Property Ltd or any people working with them responsible for any subsequent personal activity within the area of property investment.

2. Confidentially Agreement

a) All content, workbooks, materials and systems taught in these lectures, whether written or verbal are copyright material of Succeed In Property Ltd.

b) You are not permitted to copy, make available or divulge to any unauthorised party, in any way, any of the materials, notes strategies or teachings of these lectures , whether for financial gain or not. Having agreed to these terms and conditions if you should allow any of these materials to be made available to any unauthorized party then you will be liable to consequential legal action.

c) You are not permitted to share your Succeed In Property username and password login details with anyone else. IP tracking is used and we reserve the right to withdraw your access at the sole discretion of Succeed In Property Ltd if we have reason to suspect that your login details have been shared. 

d) No photocopying, audio, video, photographic recordings of Succeed In Property Ltd course or previews, or any of the copyrighted materials provided are allowed without the consent, prior-approved knowledge and arrangement of Succeed In Property Ltd.

e) By agreeing to these terms and conditions you have consented to your presence in any audio, video or photographic recordings officially arranged by Succeed In Property Ltd. You have waived any rights, claims or interest in the reproduction, distribution and exposure of any and all aforementioned recordings owned and possessed exclusively by Succeed In Property Ltd.

3. Price and Consequences of Failure to Pay

a) Where stated prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time payment is processed.

b) The overall price must be paid when stated at the time of order, before the date of the event.

c) Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled Succeed In Property Ltd will strictly only be liable for the value of the event place.

d) If payment is not made within the time limits in clause b above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Succeed In Property Ltd to treat the contract as at an end, and allocate the bookings and/or tickets without informing the client.

e) In the event of Succeed In Property Ltd treating the contracts as at an end under clause d above, Succeed In Property Ltd shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client. The balance, if any. Of the cost/price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to Succeed In Property Ltd. This is without prejudice to Succeed In Property Ltd’s right to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Succeed In Property Ltd.

f) You agree not to cancel your continuous authority with your bank/credit-card company unless you have provided us 28 days written notice by post or email. If you do cancel your continuous authority and do not follow the procedure above you will still be liable for payments up to and including us receiving a chargeback enquiry from our card issuing company. Continuing to use our services reaffirms that we are authorised to charge your Payment Method. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for any additional charges.

 

4. Cancellations or Variations by the Client and Succeed In Property Ltd

a) Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by letter sent to Succeed In Property Ltd, Suite 214, 54-56 Victoria Street, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3HZ or by email to [email protected]. There is a 14 day cooling off period during which you are entitled to receive a 100% refund if you wish to cancel your booking. Except in accordance with the 14 day cooling off period, you will not have any rights to a refund or to terminate this Agreement.

b) Succeed In Property Ltd reserve the right to alter any Commercial Mastermind event date, venue and presenters indicated at the time of booking. In the unlikely event of this situation arising suitable alternatives will be offered.

c) All bookings are non transferable.

d) Any promotional price is valid only for the event date offered at the time of booking.

e) The monthly mastermind meetings will be held by online video conference if Government restrictions do not permit in person meetings. In person Mastermind meetings take place in Central London, (unless otherwise stated.)

 

5. Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

6. Law and Construction

The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Succeed In Property Ltd and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
