Commercial Mastermind Graduate Programme 

As we reach the end of your 12 month Commercial Mastermind programme, I would like to invite you to continue your membership as a Graduate Member.

Who Graduate Membership Is For?

Graduate Membership is for those who wish to benefit from continued membership of the Commercial Mastermind programme after their initial 12 months.

What To Expect From The Programme Moving Forward?

1. From May 2021, we will return to hosting in-person meetings. These meetings will be held at the Heathrow Marriot Hotel on the last Friday of each month (9am to 5pm). Lunch and parking will be included.
   (This is all providing Government restrictions allow us to host in-person meets)
2. There will be a live Zoom link for members who wish to participate remotely. The sessions will be recorded and you will have access to these through your members area.
3. You will have the opportunity to book one-to-one Zoom meets with Ranjan for additional support/help outside of group meets.
4. In between monthly meets there are two evening group Zoom calls; an Accountability Call and a Mentoring Call. There will also be one Zoom Coffee Morning each month (ie. there are regular ‘touch-points’ with the group, in between the monthly meetings.
5. Normally, we don’t run a meeting in August, but this year we intend to host a live Mastermind meet on the last Friday in August.
6. You will have access to the latest version of Ranjan’s Commercial Property Workshop (which is regularly updated with new changes).
7. Baker Street Property Meet will resume in September, and as a Graduate Masterminder you will have VIP access (with front-row seating).

The next 12 months will be full of new opportunities and I look forward to us continuing working together and helping you succeed in commercial property.
